Gardening Labourer

Work for a well established business with plenty of opportunity for growth. Main Duties involve: - Maintain and manage outdoor spaces (residential & commercial) - Plantings of all types of plants including flowers, shrubs & trees.- Mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding control, watering, edging, mulching & other garden tasks. - Cleaning up garden areas. - Following safety guidelines for applying chemicals and using equipment. - Maintaining gardening tools and light gardening machinery. - Comply with all company policies and procedures. We are looking for candidates who have: • Horticultural Experience & Training. • Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks efficiently and to a high standard. • Ability to handle a range of horticultural machinery, hand tools and powered hand tools. • Ability to be able to work independently and collaboratively. • Reliable, honest and trustworthy. • Common sense and a sense of humour. • Willingness to learn new tasks and skills. • Full Driver’s licence.
