Site Traffic Management Supervisors

Our reputable clients in based in Timaru are looking for x2 STMS Cat A or Cat A/B, overseeing an existing team of traffic controllers with continuous ongoing work. With added benefits of nightshift rates and stay away allowances as well as life, trauma & medical insurance (Southern Cross) after 3 months of employment. Qualifications & experience Current STMS Cat A or Cat A/B Full class 1 licence, Full class 2 (desirable) Understanding & implementing traffic management plans (TMP’s) Commitment to following safety protocol’s, implementing safety measures and promoting safety culture within the team Professional approach and ability to work under pressure Tasks & responsibilities Planning and coordination and accurate following of temporary traffic management plans. Direct and control work activities and crew operations to ensure the safety of all personnel onsite, whilst ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Communicate respectfully & effectively with team members. Build trust & influence within the team and sharing knowledge and skills amongst team members to encourage growth & development.
