A look into the Agriculture team at Trinity Employment Services

Our work is far more vast than recruiting staff for dairy farms, it has extended to doing recruitment and immigration work within the agricultural horticulture and viticulture industries.

Trinity was started with a large focus on the agricultural industry with our Managing Director, Cassandra, helping out fellow dairy farming friends recruiting staff for their farms.

Over time the work of our Agri team has evolved to much more than just placements within the dairy industry, but more so the whole agricultural industry in New Zealand.

Nowadays, our work is far more vast and has extended to doing recruitment work within the horticulture and viticulture industries. Horticulture is New Zealand's third biggest industry, and with that there are a multitude of different roles and positions that need to be covered for the industry to function. The horticultural industry, including products like kiwifruit, apples, grapes for wine, and more, has experienced significant growth and contributes to the economy through both domestic consumption and exports. Furthermore, New Zealand is one of the world's largest exporters of kiwifruit, apples and pears, wine and avocados.

The team at Trinity have worked within the horticulture industry for some time and have contributed with their services to supporting the industry.

The team has placed candidates in permanent positions such as machinery operators and crop supervisors. In addition they have helped businesses with their temporary/seasonal recruitment needs for roles like potato graders, pruners, machinery operators and harvest staff. The Immigration team at Trinity is also very involved in the horticultural industry and have worked on several work visas for orchards.

If you have a horticultural business and are in need of staff for your operations, the team at Trinity is here to help with any horticultural recruitment and immigration needs.
